• 1 package (about 4 pounds) PERDUE® Fresh Pick of the Chicken
• 3/4 cup Ranch style salad dressing
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 cups corn flake crumbs
• 1 jar (2 ounces) real bacon pieces
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, whisk together dressing and milk. In a second large bowl, blend corn flake crumbs and bacon. Dip each chicken piece into dressing mixture; roll in corn flake crumbs. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake 40 minutes, or until internal temperature of thighs and drumsticks reaches 180°F.
